Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order, and another when it has been dispatched.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

Each journal is individually packaged in an elegant box, so it arrives safely and ready to give as a gift.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and an additional shipping charge may apply.

If your journal arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Refund Policy.
